With a sink basket, you can peel vegetables and fruit directly in the sink, while also eliminating problems with a clogged siphon. Ideal for households, smaller catering operations, and for anyone who does not want or cannot purchase a waste disposer for various reasons. The set consists of a drain, a deep sink basket, a sieve, and a stainless-steel plug.

NEVER CLOGGED WASTE AGAIN

During normal use of a kitchen or utility sink, the pipes can get clogged after some time. This is partly addressed by a small additional sieve in the sink, but when there is a larger amount of debris, it quickly gets filled up and the water stops draining. The waste collector in the drain combines a regular small sieve with a high-capacity basket, which prevents the waste from getting blocked.

HOW TO USE A SHOPPING CART?

The drain can be closed at any time with a stainless steel plug, completely preventing water from draining from the sink. The plug is recessed in the sink plane. During normal use, the drain is covered by a small sieve. Whenever you want to use the large capacity basket, simply remove the sieve. With the deep sink basket, you can peel potatoes and vegetables directly into the sink. After completing work in the sink, the sieve is pulled out by two fingers using the wire handle. The sieve can be emptied into a waste bin or organic waste can be placed in a compost. The sink basket can be washed in a dishwasher.

QUALITY MATERIALS

The lid, strainer, and basket are made of stainless steel with a chrome and nickel alloy. Thanks to this, they are highly resistant to corrosion and will serve you well for a long time. The plug is equipped with a high-quality silicone seal. The body of the drain is made of safe polypropylene. This plastic is known for its excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.

INSTALLATION

The handy household handyman can handle the replacement of the existing drain for a drain with a basket within 15 minutes according to the attached instructions. With a standard siphon, the recommended minimum distance from the bottom of the sink to the center of the waste pipe in the wall is 17 cm. In the case of installation with a connection of the sink overflow to the siphon branch, or with the use of an overflow set, the recommended minimum distance is 24 cm.

Universal use

Donner BASKET is not intended for households only. It is useful in catering establishments with large stainless steel washing tables and sinks. It is also used in hairdressing wash boxes, drainage channels for capturing dirt, etc.

Note: We recommend purchasing a drainage set for connection to the sink.
