Good day, I use a grinder from you several times a day. I grind all the organic waste from the household with it. We live in a family house on the outskirts of the town and, based on the experience when I met a rat in the compost, I have canceled the compost and use the grinder. I will not feed rats with kitchen leftovers.

I crush all compostable waste from the kitchen: food leftovers, bones, eggshells, fruit and vegetable peels, old bread, old compotes that need to be discarded, ...

I am very satisfied with the shredder. It has been running without any issues for 4 years.

If I had to choose appliances to equip my kitchen again, apart from the hob and extractor hood, it would definitely be a dishwasher and a waste disposer. Thanks to it, I don't have a smelly trash can and blocked drains. And I don't have to confront rats in the compost.

Half a year ago, I purchased a waste shredder from your company for the second time, as we were satisfied with it even 5 years ago in the previous house. The total amount of waste was reduced by 1/3 to 1/2, and the significant characteristic smell accompanying the garbage bins in the surroundings disappeared.

We basically crush all organic waste according to the recommendations. Especially peeling fruits, vegetables, and food scraps is very convenient to dispose of.

The crushers work flawlessly and we are satisfied.

Hello, a waste disposal unit is one of our most commonly used household helpers. We use it to crush practically every day. It has proven most useful for crushing food scraps and regular organic waste generated during cleaning vegetables and fruits. We crush potato peels, fruit peels, vegetable peels, leftovers from a juicer, chicken bones, waste from cleaning poultry and fish. The only thing our crusher couldn't handle is a rabbit's skull. :-) We mainly use it for soft moist waste that would quickly spoil in the trash, which we especially appreciate in warm months. We got used to it immediately and wouldn't want a kitchen without it. So far we are satisfied and recommend the crusher to our acquaintances. We haven't had any problems with waste in the panel house where we live.

Hello, I am somewhat surprised by your interest in the customer, unfortunately, this is not seen very often. My wife is extremely happy with the food waste disposer, it is in operation at least twice a day on weekends and even more frequently. We grind all organic waste, from potato peels, which are trimmed directly into the sink, to meat leftovers, both raw and cooked, fruit peels, eggshells, tea bags, and so on. Since then, there have been no problems with a smelly trash can. The waste disposer has therefore become one of the indispensable kitchen appliances.

The wife highly values this appliance and, as far as I know, she repeatedly recommended it to acquaintances and demonstrated it. The crusher always aroused enthusiasm, but some were concerned about clogged waste over time, or with a plumbing issue. So far, none of these problems have occurred during this time. Dr. Jan S.

Hello, thank you for your email - yes, some time ago (5.5.2007) we bought a kitchen grinder from you. EcoMaster Plus ECONOMY, Air Switch Kit, Mr. Scrappy Universal Sink Stopper - Traps & Fittings 6/4" x 40.

We are satisfied with it and use it every day, regularly. Its functions are flawless, and we have chosen its performance optimally to meet our needs. It is a product that reliably fulfills its intended function and does not require excessive maintenance.

There is nothing left but to recommend it to anyone who wants to effectively solve the disposal of food waste when cooking and in household operations. I would like to order a service inspection this way - just in case. :-) If your technician is in the area, please let me know.

Good day, I wish you well. I still have your shredder and I use it. You are asking for a review... let's do it. The fact that we still have it indicates that we like it, we have had no problems with it up to today, and it works 100%. We shred regular waste in it, as recommended. With some harder pieces of vegetables, it does make more noise, but we have learned what not to put in there. Sometimes it sounds like something is stuck in it, but when we check, there is nothing there. Any negatives? Probably just that it took up a lot of space in the cabinet under the sink and we can no longer fit a trash can in there, but unfortunately, there is probably nothing that can be done about that.

Hello, with the waste disposer /Eco Master/ that you installed for us already 6 years ago /2005/ we are extremely satisfied. By the word "maximálně" I mean absolutely. We work with the disposer, or use it truly every day. In the morning, it serves to dispose of various bio-waste after breakfast - tea bags, paper tissues, leftovers from sliced apples, orange peels, bananas, and so on.

The shredder has been working flawlessly throughout its entire lifetime, and we have been recommending it along with your company to all our friends for a long time without your email, for whom the shredder is still something new and mysterious in the kitchen.

Throughout this time, it only got clogged twice, the first time when I was crushing onion peels, and after a call with your company, I easily removed the clog with the drain plug. The second time this issue appeared was after crushing eggshells, so I know what I can or cannot "shove" into the grinder. The grinder handles poultry bones without any issues, as well as food waste after lunch or dinner.

In conclusion, the garbage disposal is a very good helper for us, food scraps in the summer don't smell in the household trash can, and everything is elegantly and discreetly resolved.

Hello, you asked me for a review of the garbage disposal. It's a simple task. It is a great helper, I wouldn't want a kitchen without a garbage disposal. Visitors admire it. It helps a lot, and I don't know what's wrong with the draining waste. But to not just praise it, the gasket is sensitive to boiling water, I already have one in reserve. I managed to clog it once with onion peels. Sometimes it smells a bit, but just taking out the gasket and washing it is enough. But I give it 10 out of 10 points.

Good day, I was pleased by your interest in my experience with the grinder and also by the gift in the form of a free cuff :).

With the added disposer, I am generally very satisfied, I use it for regular kitchen bio-waste (peels, leftovers, etc.), which are processed without any problems. This grinding saves me a lot of time and especially space, as I used to sort bio-waste originally. The only thing is that enough water is needed for grinding, so the disposer can clear and process everything - which I understand is necessary. The noise of the disposer in my daily kitchen operation (cooking, dishwasher, etc.) is unremarkable. If any other comments come to mind while using it, I will let you know.

Good day, the grinder runs several times a day, we grind everything according to the company's brochure, including chicken bones, eggshells, and vegetable waste.

We do not observe any major issues - The rubber cuff pushed into the launched waste surprisingly was not damaged.

We crush the usual food residues that remain in the sink, and it's easier to flush them down (and crush them) than to painstakingly pick them out (vegetable scraps, peels, occasional eggshells, etc.). We try not to overuse the disposal, if we can easily pick something out by hand, we do so.

Hello, there is general satisfaction with the shredder. We crush almost all the kitchen biowaste. Without any problems: potato peels, tea bags, all fruit and vegetable leftovers including banana peels, chicken bones, wine corks, paper napkins, cabbage and lettuce stalks.

A minor issue are the lemon halves that need to be further quartered after juicing, otherwise they take a long time to grind. Twice, the skins of onions clogged the drain - it was necessary to unscrew the waste disposal flange and clean it mechanically, once crushing chicken bones helped to release the onion skins.

The garbage disposal is also connected to the dishwasher's drain, and the water flows out without any issues, without rising up into the sink.

A 40 mm waste pipe is completely sufficient, and even after more than a year of use, the siphon is completely clean without any deposits.

Dear Sir, We are very satisfied with the food waste disposer. During its operation (over 3 years), we have only encountered two problems: We accidentally "chewed up" the rubber sleeve = our mistake, so we purchased a new one. Once it was necessary to clean the disposer when it got clogged due to a large amount of onion skins. We use it daily. The most leftovers of food that we fail to get into our little daughter. She decides she wants something else halfway through the meal and we can't get the original meal back into her. Some things can be offered again, but some cannot. The problem lies precisely in the aforementioned onion skins = they go through and then get stuck in the "siphon".

As for grinding - we grind standard organic waste from the kitchen, but mainly coffee from the coffee maker. The only problems we had were with softer cheeses, or peels with fibers - but we have already learned from that.

Hello, we purchased your shredder through Mr. Kubát. Over the few years that we have been using this product, we have had good experiences with it. We mainly use it during the winter, as in the summer we have the option to "sort out" organic waste. During the winter, we use it to shred all the organic material, the hardest things we shred are probably chicken bones.

Good day, since 2006 we have been using the EcoMaster Plus Standard grinder. Apart from the initial complaint at the beginning of use (cracked casing of the grinder), we are satisfied with the grinder.

Most commonly, we crush waste from fruits and vegetables. Leftover fibers from banana peels remain in the grinder, while onion and garlic peels stay whole in the grinder. Meat trimmings are partially caught on the knives, they can be removed by further vigorous grinding, for example, of potato peels.

We use the garbage disposal daily without any problems. We follow your advice and pour boiling water into the sink only together with cold water.
