Assembly tools

During our assemblies, we use these tools for cutting and pressing for additional modification of the sink.

Title: CUTTING TOOL - hole ø 90 mm

Description: A special device designed by us for enlarging a small sink hole of approx. 50 mm to a hole of 90 mm, which complies with new standards. By tightening the screw, two parts of the tool are pulled together, which then purely cut the desired hole using a scissor-like principle.

Usage: For all stainless steel sinks with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm. Cannot be used on enamel, granite, ceramic, corian, and similar sinks.

Title: PRESSING TOOL - hole ø 90 mm

Description: A special device designed by us for adjusting the edge of a pre-made 90 mm hole, see the cutting tool above. By tightening the screw, two parts of the tool are brought together, which will create a reduction of the desired shape around the perimeter of the hole based on the principle of a press. The reduction is necessary for embedding and properly fitting the flange of the crusher inlet. The resulting shape of the hole edge pressing corresponds to the new standards for installing all household waste disposers or large sink drains.

Usage: For all stainless steel sinks with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm. Cannot be used on enamel, granite, ceramic, corian, and similar sinks.

Title: SHEARING TOOL - hole ø 35 or 33 mm

Description: Device for creating a hole of 35 or 33 mm to place the button of the air switch in the free surface of the sink. It can also be used for the hole of the soap dispenser and other accessories. By tightening the screw, the two parts of the tool are pulled together, which will then cleanly cut the desired hole like scissors.

Usage: For all stainless steel sinks with sheet thickness up to 1.5 mm. Cannot be used on enamel, granite, ceramic, corian, and similar sinks.
